We want to make your submission process as quick as possible. Please collect these details before you open the online form:

• Basics: Your project name, description, address, and coordinator contact info.
• Team: How many volunteers you need, age requirements, and background check rules.
• Environment: Whether the work is indoors or outdoors, along with physical demands.
• Supplies: A list of needed tools and a note on whether your agency or the volunteers will bring them.
• Logistics: Your lunch plans for the day and verification of your liability coverage.
